Considering the Quality as "measure of offered satisfaction" the organizational culture oriented toward quality has determined satisfactions for all the interested parties.Quality become the key element of activities in our Compny , supported by designing , implementing and certifying The Integrated Quality-Environment Management System (SMCM) and by the decision of implementing TQM (Total Quality Management) and the EFQM – the Excelency Managemnet Model. Therefore the EFQM model application and the granting of "Romanian Award for Quality – J.M. Juran -2006” proves our Company orientation to Excelency and to the adoption of modern management methods and engagement concerning TQM. The presence of our Company together with other famous companies among the awarded ones in managerial Excelency , proved to be a nowadays challege ; to keep up with it , we permanently act through performance and competitivity and our managerial Excelency , in perfect tunning with the EFQM model , is a factor continuously tending to maturity within the actual competitional environment imposed by the free market economy.
In order to have a strong , oriented toward quality organizational culture , action has been made in the following directions:
- Making aware the whole concerning the meaning of Quality,
- Quality Management application having as result the continuous long term Company performances improvement and all the interested parties satisfaction ,
- Promoting those values and behaviorial norms coming to support the idea of quality.
Starting from the mission , vision and base values declared by the top management , the Company has settled its own strategy and policy.They are oriented towards increasing customer satisfaction, continuous improvement , developing the employees abilities and competences, raising the products & services efficiency and competitivity level. Based on the targets and strategical objectives, quarterly the objectives are settled and monitorized within each Departemnt and the action is focused to prevention than finding qualitative deficiencies.When the quality policy was settled , the top management took into consideration the expected customer satisfaction level , the requirements of the other interested parties , opportunities and requirements for the continuous improvement , the necessary resources , the partner and supplier contributions.** The policy reffering to quality is to permanently offer products able to fully satisfy the requirements of the customers / interested parties / legal ones ; the main purpose is to continuous impove the processes in view to upgrade the Company performance and the interested parties benefits.To put in practice permanetly the mission of protection , preservation and recover , healthy environment , we undertake to develop the activities in the frame of a global partnership able to comply with the environmental factors , employees health and safety. ** The environment policy , integrated in the National one , introduces the three important engagements : comply with the Law , pollution prevention , and the fulfilment of continuous enhancement principle.Each one of the management approaches has been built in to the specific sets per principles:
- 8 quality management principles, according to SR EN ISO 9000:2006
- 5 principles of audit and auditor process , according to SR EN ISO 19001:2004
- 5 environment management principles , according to SR EN ISO 14004:2005
The actual organizational structure enables the development, implementation and continuous improvement both of SMCM and of the global Company management system , in accordance with the mission , vision and base values.
